Music Trivia Fundraiser

Music Trivia with Big Papa G is a great experience by itself. When you get to do it for the great cause of providing scholarships for those who need counseling it makes it even more fun.
The Music Trivia will be held at the enclosed pavilion at Tri-Township Park on Friday May 20th from 6-10pm. The trivia itself is 10 rounds of fun led by Big Papa G a highly in demand local DJ. If you have never experienced it check it out at his webpage for more details.
You will be contacted after you register with details on how to complete your donation. All event costs are being covered by Pathway Church so that 100% of donations will be given to Compass Counseling in Edwardsville, IL. Music Trivia Participants,
We are looking forward to seeing you all and have a great time at the music trivia night coming up this FRIDAY night! Please forward this message on to the people at your table because I only have contact info for the table sponsors.
Here is the most up to date information for what you should expect:
Location & Time:
- Pavillion is located at 317 Wickliffe St, Troy, IL 62294 Tri-Township Park Covered Pavilion
- 6pm, Doors open to hang out and eat food with friends.
- 7pm, Trivia begins and will be over between 9:30-10pm.
Trivia:
- Big Papa G will be our DJ and host for the trivia.
- Trivia will be 8 rounds long with 8 questions in each round.
- 8 Mulligans 1/round will be available to purchase for $10.
- For $1/person you can participate in "Heads or Tails" to win a gift card and more importantly a point for your team.
Food, Drinks, Snacks, Decorations, Alcohol
- You are welcome to decorate your table or have a theme with your group or just come sit at the large provided picnic table with no decorations.
- You are welcome to bring whatever food, snacks, and alcohol for your table.
- For a $10/platter donation to our trivia cause you can purchase all home-smoked Brisket Platters with homemade baked potato salad & baked beans, and a hawaiian sweet roll. We are planning to have enough for 60-70 platters so please sign up for these ASAP by emailing cjfunkhouser@gmail.com or texting 618-315-1869 with your name and how many platters you wish to reserve.
- We will have coolers with bottled water and bottled sodas for purchase for a donation as well.
Money Needed
- If you have not already paid for your table please make sure to bring $150 cash or check to the event for your table.
- $10/platter for Brisket platter please reserve in advance once they are gone they are gone.
- $1/person for heads/tails preferably cash.
- Bottled waters and bottled sodas will be available for purchase as well.
- Please bring cash or check for these if possible. All checks will be made payable to "Pathway Church" If need to pay electronically we can help you with that at the event.
